Deterioration was slow but progressive. At the beginning (on those days I was a former soccer player) I only need an Ephedrine tablet before each game and that´s it.... later on I had to change from sport. From Football soccer I passed to another more exigent, Running. I remember that the bronchi problem appeared rarely sometimes I even forgot about it, but some other times I wasn`t able to.

At the maximum effort moment when I was competing shoulder to shoulder against my competitor at the final sprint, there when it wasn`t expected, it appeared that fatigue that was not natural. That oxygen shortage made my legs went heavy. Than anxiety of feeling suffocate. From one medication I passed to another, and another. Shortly the asthma attacks periods become more often until it was permanent. I had to accept from the bottom of my hearth that I was an Asthmatic more. Getting resigned to carry my inhaler was a torment. I used to hide it, later I had to train with it inside my shorts and finally became vital at the competition time.

I never accepted that a life sportsman suddenly depends on a chemical product to practice his favorite sport.

As long as the time was running, less than 5 years, it was absolutely indispensable not just for sports but for living. I used to never went out from home without it. I used to keep it inside the car, at home, at the office and in my jacket. It was the first I carried when I lived for a journey. It was really anxiety moments about thinking that I could forgot to brought it, so the phobia shadow surrounded by my side. On some asthma attacks it was not good enough, I had to use adrenaline and sometimes cortisone. I wouldn´t  want to remember how many nights I had to pass walking around without sleep, I wasn´t able to even take a sit. The scenario was not really good in a long term basis. I was checked by several lung specialist even in the United States. The just change me from one medication to another that worked well for a little time but after it was not good enough again.

I read as much as I can remember about Asthma. I prove any kind of asthma natural treatments, I fight mentally. I keep running silly and also for passion even when most of the times where a punishment than fun. I had to stop competing because I wasn´t able to train to the maximum effort.

Six years later in extreme crisis day, a specialist made me a test and admit me at the Hospital. At the next day, he informs me that my problem was not in my lungs; in my particular case it was something else causing the asthma attacks.  He ensures me that with the proper treatment I was going to be able to eliminate asthma permanently . He recommends me some treatment for 15 days. I remember that I didn´t believed him!.

Too good to be true. I made some other medical consultations and they didn`t find any correlation at all. Against all odds,  I stared the treatment and just after the second day, all my asthma symptoms really disappeared.

Now fully recovered,  Asthma is history, I have returned to the sports activity with the even more enthusiasm than before and well disposed to retrieve all those past years.....

Personally I am really happy about hearing that this marvelous scientific decide to launch this first Asthma Telemedicine Website because I am sure that will help to save much more lives like mine.
